About our ginger beer
Our ginger beer is where everything began. What started as a simple search for a non-alcoholic drink with real depth led us back to a fermented ginger recipe from Devinder’s grandmother (Bibi). Using traditional fermentation and fresh ingredients, we refined it over time into something that feels balanced, vibrant, and full of character. Today, it remains at the heart of what we do, a drink that is carefully crafted, quietly distinctive, and a true reflection of our philosophy.
