Reservation Policy

We can’t wait to welcome you to Amsterdam City Farm!

As a small, intimate restaurant with a dedicated team, we kindly ask you to keep a few things in mind when making a reservation. A few simple points to ensure you enjoy your time with us!

Children Policy

An evening at Amsterdam City Farm is designed as an adult dining experience. We do not offer a children's menu, and our tasting menu is not suitable for young children.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we welcome children aged 12 and above.

As our restaurant is very small and has an intimate layout, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate families with babies or toddlers.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the atmosphere our tasting room is designed to offer.

A Note on Our Furry Friends:
All well-behaved dogs are welcome!

Booking Your Table

  • Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.

Reservation capacity

  • We welcome bookings from 1 to 6 guests.

  • For larger groups (more than 6), please reach out to us at restaurant@amsterdamcityfarm.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

As a small tasting room with a compact kitchen and a two-person team preparing every service, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate all dietary requirements, allergies, or food intolerances. We are also unable to create individual alternative dishes or make menu adaptations.

Our menu changes regularly and is created each day around the best seasonal produce from local farmers and producers. Because of the nature of our menu and kitchen, we cannot accommodate extensive dietary restrictions.

A vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free or gluten-free menu may be available with at least 48 hours’ notice, provided the current tasting menu can be adapted while still offering the full dining experience.

Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate your dietary requirements.

Please note that, as we work in a small kitchen, cross-contamination is always possible and cannot be completely ruled out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate:

  • Coeliac disease

  • Pepper or chilli allergy (including paprika and bell peppers)

  • Nut allergy (nuts are used extensively throughout our kitchen)

  • Tomato allergy

  • Onion or garlic allergy

  • Sulphur dioxide allergy

  • Requests to modify dishes based on personal dislikes or preferences, such as omitting vegetables, herbs, coriander, ginger, garlic, or similar ingredients

We appreciate your understanding and recommend contacting us before making a reservation if you are unsure whether we can accommodate your dietary requirements.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or change the date of your reservation up to 48 hours before your booking for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations or date changes made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to a future reservation.

  • For large groups(more than 6), cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are fully refundable. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future bookings

  • Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email.

As a small, independent tasting room, we welcome only 15 to 16 guests each evening. Every reservation is carefully planned, and last-minute cancellations or date modifications have a significant impact on our small team and business.

For this reason, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation and date modification policy. As a small restaurant, we carefully plan our staffing, ingredient sourcing, and preparation around each reservation. Our policy, including that deposits cannot be transferred to future reservations, helps us manage these commitments and protect the sustainability of our restaurant.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
